Greg from Plaid Perch Farm and Sönna from Wool & Wyrd are teaming up to bring you a one-of-a-kind make-along.
We created this community event to take the mystery (and fear!) out of washing fleece. Together, we’ll walk through the process step by step. The result? A fun, welcoming, and accessible experience that will leave you feeling confident and maybe even a little excited about washing wool!
Here’s what to expect each week:

Week 1: Get prepped! We’ll help you gather the necessary tools and supplies to get started.

Week 2: Learn the science (and art) of scouring—what it means, what to watch out for, and how to make informed decisions.

Week 3: Time to wash! Buckets of hot water come out as we scour our fleeces side by side.

Week 4: Celebrate! Show off your clean fleece, share your journey, and connect with fellow participants.
